Prizes and presentations is an essential part of the medical profession as well as your personal career development. It encourages trainees to share their knowledge and teach - as medicine is a life-long learning career. 

Plastic Surgery Prizes and Presentations

• British Association of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS): Annual Meetings

• The BSSH: Student elective bursary and Mr RG Pulveraft (essay) Medal. There are opportunities to present (posters) and win prizes at the scientific meetings

• British Burn Association Annual Meeting: poster and oral presentations with the potential for winning prizes

• ASiT-PLASTA Prize for the best abstracts presented at the Association of Surgeons in Training (ASiT) conference  

• The Healing Foundation: Project, Grants, Fellowships and Bursaries
