This section aims to provide general information about the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons  (FRCS) Examinations. The exam will be in two main sections, Section 1 format is a Single Best Answer (SBA) format and Section 2 consists of an Independent Medical Exam (IME) format. Further structure of the examinations are not provided by JCIE.

Examination Dates: March and September (e.g. 02/03/2015, 07/07/2015) 

Payment Deadlines: October and June (e.g. 03/10/2015. 04/06/2015)

Locations: Leicester, Dublin, Swansea (alternating between various other locations)
